EWD Hosting

Not sure how EWD gets their rating, but 2 years with them caused us several heart attacks. Support is very poor: in 80% of cases tickets are closed, and even deleted, without any response. It was a shame.

I've been with Emerson and EWD for over 1 year and have been Extremely pleased with their service, support and uptime. The response time for help has been shocking. I was up working on my website after 1am and had a problem. I left a request for help in the support center hoping to return to the problem the next day. Before I could shut down my computer, Emerson shot me back a reply and did a website restore. This was not a one-time interaction. This is typical of the EWD team's response. They provide great value for our business. Thanks, Emerson. Now get some sleep.

I LOVE these guys!!! After weeks of headaches with Apollo taking my money and not doing the work, I got fed up and moved to EWD. I mostly worked with Emerson Nogueira, with a little help from John Heath. Everything was FAST and professional. This was the very BEST service I have ever gotten on anything since my website went up 2 years ago. I can't sing their praises enough!

When I started with my first s-cart shop I decided to go with a local server company and that was the biggest mistake I ever made. I found EDWhosting and I have never had any problems with his service. If, I have a question it will be answer with in one hour and that is service. I been using EWDHosting since 2004 and since then I have 4 shops hosted by them and I am not planning to change my server. All I can say is EWD is simply the best hosting service I have ever worked with. Just starting out in the E-commerce world I made a few bad decisions when it came to hosting providers. I recommend EWD to anyone who needs the kind of support you would get from having your own in-house genuine Unix wizard. Not easy to find.
