Have to say it's a good idea. And overall it works.
But there are many usability issues and the author doesn't seem to be willing to provide help even at an extra fee.
Front end:
1. The background hint text (nickname, email, text) does not disappear when in focus;
2. Older comments are shown on top. I think it's more reasonable to do the opposite.
Admin side:
1. batch deleting comments not possible though it's supposed to;
2. no direct reply comments from the admin page;
3. the product id are not linked to the product page. and because of (2), you have to type the URL like site.com/product.php?productid=12345 to go to the product page and reply. Very inconvenient.
Overall, there are tons and tons of spam attracted by this module. I guess it's because of the property settings of the forms used in the module. Spam is flooding from the very first day it was enabled.
Because the module is encrypted, it leaves you very little room to customize the module to fix the above issues and further suite your specific needs.

When i get this module, i tought, it's ok our site will see better....
But i must say... it helped us to increase a LOT of sales!
Customers really use this kind of apps to consider a purchase or not, and Phil got it Right!
