ECC techs proved to be very helpful and friendly during test run, BUT there are some shortcomings that they need to fix:

1. orders must be imported into QB as jobs under specific customer;
2. ECC must send to AuthorizeNet billing and shipping address, as well
as invoice no.
3. ECC must match X-cart standards for inventory retrieval purposes; (reported as solved)
4. ECC won't require to enter tracking no. for all orders;
5. ECC must properly show shipping method in the shipping option field
of the invoice when posting orders to QB (currently, there is nothing);
6. ECC must properly post to QB Northern European and Cyrillic letters;
7. ECC must allow to post a set of orders to the store simultaneously;

Desired elements are:
1. Ability to input scanned tracking no.
2. ECC must recognize item name typing (just like QB) in the inventory
mapping window.
3. ECC must recognize customized order statuses from X-cart.

We love your eCC program! It is a GREAT solution that saving time and money for us. The ability to automate orders from X-Cart to QuickBooks without typing and to print shipping labels with ease saves us hours and hours of labor every day. We've been using the eCommerce Web connector for several weeks now with our
x-cart store and chose this software over T-Hub. The software's dashboard
makes it so pleasant to use, the structured work flow for each order is
quick and efficient.
So far every aspect of eCommerce Connector has been met or exceeded. I
highly recommend this software to use with your shopping cart, it has made
our daily work flow so much easier, not to mention the time it has saved us
daily.

Some features don't work as advertised, quickbooks needs to be restarted in order for eCC to get update information, they keep promising fixes and updates and don't deliver. Sorry, but it's just they way it is. If you only want to import orders into quickbooks, it could work for you. But if you are looking for an up-to-date inventory match (quickbooks <-> x-cart), then you better expect having to restart ecc and quickbooks several times a day in order for you to have everything up-to-date.... oh, and it doesn't run automatically/scheduled, everything is manual.

eCC is a tremendous asset to our daily operations. This was the missing link between our online shopping cart and QuickBooks. We save a ton of time each day using eCC and can’t imagine life without it. It eliminates data entry and streamlines our shipping. Thank you for creating such a great software program!
