I've been through the installation 4 times now then installed it manually according to the instructions in the zip file.

Cannot get this extension to work no matter what I try. The documentation could do with expanding in several areas. For example what is a product ID - I assume its the SKU.

As for "product ID", this is the unique numerical ID assigned by X-Cart to each product e.g. http://www.example.com/product.php?productid=16
